Another check-up in the books!

Visits with our oncologist are becoming less about Callum's (terrific) health, and more about "what's new" in our respective lives. Everyone at the clinic still thinks he's the cutest little chatterbox, but now they also marvel at how tall and big he's grown.  :)

Annual cookie exchange

I didn't decide on my cookie/recipe to tackle this year until just a couple of days ago.  But, it's a lovely cookie and I'm so glad I decided to go after it!!

These are Mary Berry's Viennese Whirls.  Quite delicate.  A little on the sweeter side.  But absolutely perfect with a spot of tea.  :)

Fall is in the air

This morning was quite chilly - the fog was still surrounding us as I walked the boys to the bus today. Shortly after, I took Benji out for a quick walk and had to snap this pic of the lovely fall colors. Just love it!
