Yesterday, since the boys had the day off from school, we three headed up to visit Jill, their kids and especially their new baby, Everest! As always, the boys had a blast hanging out with their buds and Jill and I had a nice time catching up in person.
Eric and Jon joined after work was done and I thought it was pretty cute how the kids swarmed both of them, as they each arrived to the house. :)

A cute little heater
Everest is already a month old! Man, how time flies.
I had this little guy sleeping on me for a few hours today. Such a cutie! (And damn I totally forgot how much heat these babies emanate!) :)

Girls Night Out
I got all dressed up and joined several girlfriends for a delicious dinner down in Pebble Beach this weekend. It was so fun and nice!! :)

Big Hero 6!
You'd never guess that silly boy on the right was puking his guts out earlier this morning. :(
The boys have been looking forward to seeing this movie for awhile, so we waited to make sure Callum was feeling better (I think he was extra nauseous this morning because he didn't eat much of a dinner last night) and then headed over.
Now he's asking for a Sprite and hot dog. Oy. Wish us luck. ;-)

Calendar is up!
I changed out an older frame and put up some new ones - and decided to make room for the boys' calendar too. :)

Our monthly calendar
Callum has been more and more interested in counting down the days to a number of upcoming milestones (like birthday parties, family trips and Christmas). :)
So tonight I pulled out this cool magnetic calendar that my parents got him earlier this summer and had him start adding on the numbers for the dates, and had Logan add on events each week (like soccer or swimming). I figure it'll help him begin to understand days of week, months of the year, etc. and help him countdown to various activities we have scheduled.
We also get one "blank" which I will customize with our clinic visits (Logan wants to draw a syringe on it - pretty clever!). And now I just need to figure out where to hang the darn thing! ;-)
