Watermelon Sorbet

We had two big watermelons leftover after our huge pig roast BBQ yesterday (more on that later).

Half a watermelon and about 3.5 times the juice I need for ONE recipe is in the Tupperware container! We're going to be eating watermelon sorbet for days. ;-)

Lemon Sorbet

The weather was super hot today. There's no better excuse than that, to try out my new ice cream maker (attachment for the mixer)! :)
