Up and down

Callum's mood (and well being) has been up and down most of the day. When the Tylenol kicks in, he's in a pretty good mood - eating and drinking and watching movies or playing games. But when the Tylenol starts to wear off and the fever returns, he feels miserable....

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
